TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of services provided by Gate1Pass OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "Gate1Pass," "we," "us").

1.2. Gate1Pass OÜ is a company registered in Estonia, with its registered address at Marati 5, Superstuudio 202, Tallinn 11312, Estonia.

1.3. By using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the services.

2.1. Gate1Pass provides users with access to the following airport-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"):

• Security Fast Track access;
• Airport Business Lounge access;
• Other airport-related services (to be added in the future).

2.2. The availability of services depends on the specific airport and the service providers listed on our platform. Gate1Pass is not responsible if a service is unavailable at your location.

3.1. To use the services, you must create an account using your email address.

3.2. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. Gate1Pass reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information is found to be false or incomplete.

3.4. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4.1. Security Fast Track:

• Access depends on airport-specific rules and availability.
• The service can only be used with a valid Fast Track Pass and a boarding pass.
• The queue length at security cannot be guaranteed.

4.2. Business Lounge:

• Access is subject to the rules and availability of the service provider.
• You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay in the lounge.

5.1. All service prices are displayed prior to purchase confirmation and may vary depending on the airport and the service provider.

5.2. All payments are made in advance and processed online through Stripe. Gate1Pass does not store your payment card details.

5.3. If your payment card is declined, your purchase will not be completed.

6.1. Once a purchase is made, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

6.2. The terms of service usage, including validity, location, and conditions, are determined by the service provider.

7.1. Gate1Pass is not responsible for the quality, availability, delays, or missed flights associated with the services.

7.2. All service provider terms apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

8.1. Gate1Pass processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Details about our use of cookies can be found in our Cookies Policy.

9.1. Gate1Pass reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updated terms will be published on our website and application.

9.2. Continued use of the services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10.1. If you have any complaints about Gate1Pass, please send them to info@gate1pass.com.

10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you have the right to approach the Consumer Protection Committee. The committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from agreements between the consumer and Gate1Pass.

10.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia.

10.4. If a resolution cannot be reached through the Consumer Protection Committee, disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.
